Cocaine indictment

CLEVELAND

A federal grand jury has indicted a 36-year-old New Castle, Pa., man on charges of conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. The indictment alleges Christopher David Smith possessed about 2.2 pounds of cocaine with intent to distribute it in the Youngstown area Dec. 15. The case was investigated by the Youngstown office of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
