Poland, Boardman trustees have organizational meetings

Trustees for two neighboring townships had organizational meetings this week to determine the boards’ leadership and schedules.

Robert J. Lidle Jr. is the chairman of the Poland Board of Trustees, and Annette Jeswald-DiVito will service as vice chairwoman. The third trustee is Mark Naples. Poland trustee meetings will remain at 5 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month at the township building, 3339 Dobbins Road. However, this month’s meeting has been changed to 5 p.m. Jan. 18.

In nearby Boardman, Tom Costello replaced Larry Moliterno as chairman of the trustees, and Brad Calhoun was named vice chairman. The meetings will be at 5:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month. The trustees also released the meeting locations Wednesday.

The locations are:

Monday: St. John Greek Orthodox Church, 4955 Glenwood Ave.

Jan. 24: Trinity Fellowship Church, 4749 South Ave.

Feb. 14: Boardman Township Government Center, 8299 Market St.

Feb. 28: Calvary Baptist Church, 1463 Shields Road

March 14: Bethel Lutheran Church, 425 Crestview Drive.

March 28: St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, 7782 Glenwood Ave.

April 11: Boardman United Methodist Church, 6809 Market St.

April 25: St. Charles Church, 7345 Westview Drive.

All other meetings for 2011 are slated to be at the Boardman Township Government Center.
