Career center students deliver Christmas cards

Members of the Student Council at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center shared in the holiday spirit with its annual Christmas Card Drive.

Each year, the students ask the MCCTC staff to donate holiday greeting cards to the drive. Throughout December, the group meets to sign and deliver the cards to area assisted living facilities to lift the spirits of area residents.

This year, the group collected and signed more than 300 greeting cards.

In addition to collecting cards from the staff, special greeting cards were made by Veronica Heck, a senior in the Interactive Multimedia program.
