Ohio man charged with sex trafficking

CLEVELAND (AP) — A federal grand jury in Ohio has indicted a man on charges of sex-trafficking involving a 16-year-old at a Starbucks coffee shop.

The two-count indictment was returned this week against 43-year-old Eric Tutstone. The alleged sex-trafficking occurred last month in Cleveland’s upscale Warehouse District.

An affidavit by an FBI agent says Tutstone sold the girl to a madam for $300.

Tutstone faces arraignment Monday in Akron federal court.

Starbucks manager Anthony Tristano says the shop was unaware of what was going on.

A judge ordered Tutstone locked up in a facility that offers mental health counseling.
