Pursuit ends when car crashes into home


PITTSBURGH (AP) — Police have arrested a driver who allegedly led officers on an early morning pursuit before crashing into a house in Pittsburgh.

No injuries were reported after a car careened into a home in the city’s Troy Hill neighborhood following a chase early today.

Allegheny County emergency dispatchers say police spotted a stolen vehicle in nearby Reserve Township. Officers began pursuing the car, which entered the city then crashed into the home.

Pittsburgh police then arrested the driver, whose identity was not released.
