Youngstown school board's reorganization meeting is Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The reorganizational meeting for Youngstown City Schools will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the board room, 20 W. Wood St.. The board will nominate and select a new president and vice president.
