Leah Falzetta, daughter of Dennis and Carolyn Falzetta of Leetonia, and Eric Allen, son of Thomas and Nancy Allen of Hubbard, were united in marriage July 24 at St. Paul Church.

The Rev. Pat Ferraro officiated at the 1:30 p.m. ceremony, and the couple accepted congratulations during a reception at The Embassy in Youngstown. After a wedding trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, they live in Streetsboro.

The bride’s V-neck halter-style gown featured a ruched surplice bodice, dropped waist and a godet chapel train. It was adorned with beaded embroidery.

Watermelon-colored gowns were worn by Angela Sotlar, the bride’s sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Katie Schramm, a sister of the groom; Sara Dickson, the bride’s cousin; Katie Ryan; Malorie Valentine; and Lee Anne Guido. Flower girl was the bride’s niece Emma Hammers.

William Schramm was best man for his brother-in-law, and groomsmen were David Lipinsky, Nicholas Bellino, Christopher Bellino and Matthew Sheely, cousins of the groom, and Ronn Gehring. Ring bearer was the groom’s nephew Zachary Schramm.

A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish education, the bride is pursuing a master’s in literacy at the university.

The groom, an applications engineer with Rotek in Aurora, graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and from Youngstown State University with a master’s in business administration.
