Shelvin Mack scored 16 points to lead Butler to a 76-59 victory over Valparaiso on Saturday.

Ronald Nored and Shawn Vanzant each added 11 points for the Bulldogs (10-4, 2-0 Horizon), who have won six straight after dropping three of four.

Cory Johnson and Jay Harris had 14 points apiece for the Crusaders (10-5, 2-1), who lost for the first time in five games.

Cleveland State 83, Illinois-Chicago 59

CLEVELAND

Trevon Harmon scored a career-high 24 points as Cleveland State breezed.

Harmon was 7 of 10 from the field, going 4 of 7 from 3-point range, and made 6 of 8 free throws for the Vikings (15-1, 4-0 Horizon), who won their 12th straight home game.

After Harmon hit a 3 with 50 seconds elapsed, Cleveland State never trailed.

The Vikings shot just 38.9 percent in the first half (14 of 36), but improved to 53.6 percent in the second (15 of 28).

The Flames (5-10, 0-3), who have lost seven of their last eight, attempted only 42 field goals, making 17, but were 20 of 32 from the free-throw line.

Wright State 67, Wisconsin-Green Bay 64

Vaughn Duggins scored a career-high 26 points, hitting a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to lift Wright State.

Wis.-Milwaukee 84, Detroit 81, OT

DETROIT

Tone Boyle scored 24 points, including five straight in overtime to give Wisconsin-Milwaukee the lead for good.

Boyle’s 3-pointer with 1:16 left in OT put Wisconsin-Milwaukee (7-8, 2-2 Horizon League) up 81-79.

He added two free throws with 25 seconds remaining to push the lead to four, and the Panthers held on for the win.
