Terlesky finishes 2010 as top-ranked golfer for age

Young Brian Terlesky continued to pile up victories on the junior golf tours and finished 2010 as the No. 1-ranked player for his age in the nation.

Brian, 11, a fifth-grader at Glenwood Middle School, won 26 tournaments in 2010, including the season-finale Junior Honda Classic in West Palm Beach, Fla., at the PGA National Resort.

Brian competed in five Junior Golf-sanctioned tournaments, winning three and placing in the top five in all of them.

Brian was first runner-up at the 42nd George Holliday Thanksgiving Memorial Tournament at Myrtle Beach (S.C.) National Golf Club. He shot 73-72-74 for a 54-hole total of 219.
