A free 40-minute demonstration of Stambaugh Auditorium’s newly restored pipe organ will be at 7 p.m. March 7, with Edward Moore, music director at East Liberty Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh. Call 330-747-5175.

Spanish Heritage Festival plans event

YOUNGSTOWN

The first Youngstown Spanish Heritage Festival will be Aug. 20 on West Federal Street, between Market and Hazel streets, downtown. The event will begin at noon with entertainment, food, crafts and dancing and will be followed by a street dance from 8 p.m. to midnight. Volunteers are needed. To raise funds, the committee will have a Mardi Gras Night from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday at the Los Gallos banquet center, 685 Boardman-Canfield Road in Boardman. Admission is $5. There will be a cash bar and music by Rumba and DJ Mikey.
