Kristin Heim and Jon A. Lenton, both of Fairlawn, Ohio, were united in marriage in a 2 p.m. ceremony Oct. 2 at St. Michael Church, officiated by the Rev. Robert Kaylor.

The couple received congratulations at a reception at Guy’s Party Center in Akron. After a honeymoon at a Sandals resort on Exuma Island in the Bahamas, the Lentons reside in Fairlawn.

Parents of the bride are Brad Heim of Tallmadge, Ohio, and Robyn Ewing of North Canton. The groom’s parents are John and Mary Ellen Lenton of Boardman.

The bride attended Walsh University and is employed as the manager of the Coach store at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets in Aurora.

The groom graduated from Walsh University with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. He also received his PGA Class A Professional Card. He is employed as a sales representative for Swedish Match Inc.

The bride wore a strapless floor-length gown.

Honor attendant for the bride was her aunt Christina Harper. Bridesmaids were Chris Yocum, sister of the groom; Suzanne Anderson and Debbi Bailey, aunts of the bride; and Geer Bailey, cousin of the bride.

Participating as junior bridesmaids were Abby Yocum, a niece of the groom, and Ellie Harper, a cousin of the bride. Flower girl Alayna Heim, sister of the bride, wore a gown that matched the bride’s. Attendants wore moss-green floor-length gowns.

Serving as best man was Ed Janczewski, and groomsmen were Michael Ferranti, Chris Sigler, James Yocum, brother-in-law of the groom, and Michael Heim, brother of the bride. Serving as ring bearer was Andrew Yocum, nephew of the groom.
