Free program on gas, oil well drilling

A free program about landowner and community issues relating to oil and gas drilling is set for 6 to 9 p.m. March 1 at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.

This program is for educational purposes only, and no part of it is considered legal advice.

Tom Murphy, extension educator of Penn State University Extension, Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research; and Rick Simmers, statewide Enforcement Manager of Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Mineral Resources Management, will present the program.
