David and Carol Brown of Liberty are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Stephanie Annette Brown, and Steven Michael Davies, son of Rick and Denise Davies of Leavittsburg.

The couple will be united in marriage during a spring ceremony at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman.
