Boardman Community Baseball registration under way online

Registration is now open for Boardman Community Baseball’s baseball and softballteams for the 2011 season. BCB’s registration goal this season is to “Go Green”.

Teaming up with Active.com, Little League International’s approved online registration vendor Boardman Community Baseball is hoping all players will register online for the 2011 baseball and softball season.

Parents can register their child at www.boardmanbaseball.com through Feb. 20. Registrations received after the deadline will be charged a $10 late fee.

For those unable to register online, a registration form is available from the Web site. Printed forms must be mailed to BCB, P.O. Box 3524, Boardman, OH 44513.

All first-year registrants to BCB must provide a copy of their birth certificate with their registration.

For the first time, BCB will offer Mushball to 4-year-old boys and girls.

The baseball/softball age is the age of your child as of April 30 for boys and Dec. 31 for girls to participate. All players must reside in the Boardman Local School District.
