Skating groups plan open house at rink

The Skating Club of Greater Youngstown and Kidskate will host “It’s Great to Skate” Open House from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Hess Ice Rink in New Castle, Pa., as part of U.S. Figure Skating’s National Skating Month

Free clinics will be taught by coaching staff, and giveaways will go to the first 50 skaters.
