Humane Society to be matchmaker

“Meet Your Perfect Match” will be the theme for an open house event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Humane Society of Columbiana County, 1825 S. Lincoln Ave.

Curbside service will be available for individuals wishing to purchase raffle tickets for the Guilford Lake House Vacation Raffle. The raffle package is valued at $1,000 and includes a seven-day stay after Labor Day at Guilford Lake, the use of a pontoon boat and a $100 dining certificate for Mark’s Landing.

Raffle tickets are $5 each or five for $20. Anyone purchasing two raffle tickets during the open house will receive one free ticket.

There will also be a basket auction. Individuals taking items such as cat litter, paper products, bleach, latex gloves, pet toys or other supplies to the open house will receive free tickets for the auction. For more information call 330-332-2600.
