Youngster finds loaded gun on East Side

YOUNGSTOWN — A woman told police her 9-year-old son found a loaded gun after he got off his school bus.

The boy found the gun on the ground around 4 p.m. Tuesday on Woodside Avenue near McGuffey Road on the East Side.

The semiautomatic, 45-caliber handgun contained eight live rounds.
