Police seeking woman to question about alleged relationship with boy

Police are looking to question a 39-year-old woman accused of maintaining an ongoing sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

The boy’s mother told police she has suspected her son was having a relationship with a woman she at one time considered a friend.

She said she confronted her son about the situation and he did not admit or deny the affair, but a text message to the woman confirmed the relationship.

The boy’s mother told police she sent the woman a message concerning the affair and the woman responded telling her that she and the boy “do get together from time to time” and asking the mother not to call police.
