Wells, Lucarell engagement is announced

Barbara and Raymond Wells of Hubbard are announcing the engagement and plans for the wedding of their daughter, Joelle Marie Wells, and William Edward Lucarell, son of Jacquelyn and William Lucarell of Girard.

The wedding will be an open ceremony at 1:30 p.m. May 7 at St. Patrick Catholic Church. An evening reception, by invitation, will take place at Leo’s Ristorant and Banquet Center in Howland.

The bride-elect, a graduate of Westminster College, earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. She is pursuing a master’s degree in chemistry at Youngstown State University. Miss Wells is employed as a bioanalytical chemist at WIL Research Laboratories in Ashland, Ohio.

The prospective groom earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Youngstown State University. He graduated with a master’s degree in business administration from YSU and works as a software engineer for The Equity Engineering Group in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
