YOUNGSTOWN — Councilman Paul Drennen, D-5th, invites citizens of his ward to a meet-and-greet session with Connie Hathorn, the Youngstown schools superintendent, from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Volney Rogers School, 2400 Schenley Ave.
