Health series is scheduled

CANFIELD

Dr. Joseph Mosca, dean of Youngstown State University’s Bitonte College of Health and Human Services, will conduct Wise of Mind, part one of a three-part lecture series at The Ursuline Center.

The lecture will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at The Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road.

Although the lecture series is designed for adults age 50 and over, all ages are welcome.

Two other sessions are planned:

Father Nicholas Shori, director of parish plan implementation for the Diocese of Youngstown, will conduct Whole in Spirit on March 2, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

In Well of Body, Eve Bevilacqua, local fitness expert and wellness director for Copeland Oaks/Crandall Medical Center, will teach participants new ways to stay fit without strenuous physical activity 10 to 11:30 a.m. April 5.

A donation of $10 per session is requested, or $25 for the entire series.
