With prom program, girls dress for less

COLUMBIANA

Columbiana Women’s Club is sponsoring a “Buy a Gown or Sell a Gown” prom dress program.

The club will collect $5 from each girl who takes in a gown as a nonrefundable fee to sell the gown. In return, the club will try to sell it, and if the gown sells, the girl will keep all the proceeds.

Gowns should be dropped off to Columbiana Women’s Club, 121 N. Main St. Gown drop-off dates and times follow: Feb. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Feb. 20 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

If a high school girl would like to purchase a gently used gown for a great price, she can go and see all of the gowns and get one on the following dates and times: Feb. 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and March 5 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
