Weathersfield to advertise for bids for street upgrade

Weathersfield Township trustees will advertise for bids for the Seaborn Street safety-upgrade project.

The township has been approved for an Ohio Public Works Commission grant for the project, which is expected to cost about $120,000.

The township’s share would be about $20,000.

The project would include paving, drainage, berm repair, sidewalk repair, curbing and new sidewalks in a three-phase project for the street, which runs in front of the high school, off state Route 46.
