At Petco event, you will get your bunnies’ worth

Petco, 317 Boardman-Poland Road, will present “Meet the Critters” on Saturday, in observance of National Adopt a Rabbit Month.

F5RS Small Animal and Parrot Rescue and Sanctuary will provide bunny wellness checkups from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Take your bunny in a carrier and get a general health check.

Also featured will be a bunny massage class from 11:15 to noon and 3:15 to 4. Take your bunny in a carrier and learn how to calm, soothe and bond with your bunny through massage. If you can’t take your animal, you are still welcome. From 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., take children ages 3 to 8 for the premier story of Flat Jefe the F5RS Goodwill Bunny Ambassador. Then spend time with the real bunnies.

There will be raffle baskets, bunny cookies and Flat Jefe items, and much more for your bunny.
