Nicolinni's theft case to be heard by grand jury


BOARDMAN

The case of a 43-year-old Berlin Center woman accused in the theft of more than $50,000 from a local restaurant will be bound over to a grand jury.

Kimberly A. Hladun appeared in Boardman area court Tuesday on charges of theft and misuse of a credit card.

The theft was reported by her employer, Nicolinni’s Ristorant, 1247 Boardman-Poland Road, and Hladun was arrested Jan. 13.

Hladun remains free on $8,000 bond.
