YOUNGSTOWN — Lincoln Knolls Neighborhood meeting to receive input from residents regarding changes and improvements they would like to see take place in their neighborhood is at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the East Side branch of the public library, 430 Early Road.

Representatives of the city planning department will attend.
