I-680 lane restrictions planned Wednesday
YOUNGSTOWN — On Wednesday, Interstate 680 southbound between South Avenue and Midlothian Boulevard will be reduced to one lane from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for pavement repair and pothole patching work.
