BANKING

F.N.B. Corporation announced three executive promotions recently approved by its board of directors. Vincent Delie Jr. has been promoted to President of F.N.B. Corporation and CEO of First National Bank, F.N.B. Corporation’s largest affiliate. Brian Lilly has also been promoted to Vice Chairman of F.N.B. Corporation and will continue as Chief Operating Officer. In addition, John Williams has been promoted to President of First National Bank.

Delie Jr. has more than 25 years of financial services experience. He joined First National Bank in 2005 and was most recently promoted in June 2009 to Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of F.N.B. Corporation, as well as president of First National Bank.

Lilly joined F.N.B. Corporation in 2003 with more than 31 years in the financial services industry. Lilly was most recently promoted in June 2009 to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of F.N.B. Corporation.

Williams, with more than 41 years of service, joined First National Bank in 2008 as president of the bank’s Pittsburgh Region.

ACCOUNTING

Carbis Walker LLP, Certified Public Accountants & Consultants, has announced several recent promotions.

Barbara Provance, CPA, a member of the Manufacturing & Distribution Services Team; Dionna Slagle, CPA, a member of the Health Care Services Team; and James Slater, CPA, and Tanya Merlino, CPA, members of the Construction & Real Estate Services Team, have been promoted to the senior manager level.

Provance and Merlino’s focus includes tax preparation and review, tax research and tax consulting and support for clients.

Slagle and Slater’s focus lies in the audit and accounting functions.

Brandon Harlan, CPA, a member of the Health Care Services Team and Nicole Howard, JD, a member of the Manufacturing & Distribution Services Team, have been promoted to the manager level.

Ashley Kujbus, a member of the Firm’s Health Care Services Team, has been promoted to the senior associate level.

TECHNOLOGY

Tegrit Technologies, the IT services division of Tegrit Group, has announced that Jeff Adair has joined the company as director of business and product development.

Adair will lead the development and marketing of innovative software and IT solutions, including Tegrit’s flagship Arrivos pension administration software. Throughout his career, Adair has worked with pension funds of all sizes in a variety of roles.

Adair earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University. He has been certified as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.

TAXES

H&R Block announced the promotion of three office leaders. Terry Barnhart will lead the 2710 Market Street location in Youngstown; Dave Wolfe will lead the 546 West Liberty Street location in Hubbard; and Tom Zimmerman will lead the 675 McCartney Road location in Campbell.

Barnhart has been with the company for five years as a tax association and branch manager. Wolfe has been a tax associate with the company for five years, and Zimmerman has been preparing taxes for six years.

REAL ESTATE

Northwood Realty broker Eric J. Caspary, manager of the Mahoning County offices announced Annie Saadeh and Erika Saadeh as mother and daughter agents in the tri-county area.

Before joining Northwood Realty, Annie was the owner of Payback Realty and a longtime agent with another real-estate company, where she was a million-dollar producer.

Annie is a member of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

NONPROFIT

The Rich Center for Autism at Youngstown State University announced Brian Jackson as a new member of the board of directors. Jackson is vice president and Chief Information Officer at Farmer’s National Bank, where he oversees Enterprise Information Technology systems in support of business operations.

Jackson, an Ursuline High graduate, earned a degree from Youngstown State University, where he studied computer science and mathematics.
