AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY Relay for Life schedule

Relay For Life events give people in teams of 10 to 15 an opportunity to come together to not only raise income, but to take a united stand in the fight to save lives from cancer. All other Relay events listed are 6 p.m. Friday to 6 p.m. Saturday except where noted.The dates and locations for 2011 Relay For Life events in Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull Counties, are:

Columbiana County

June 3, 4: East Liverpool, Frank J. Mangano Memorial Track.

June 17, 18: Salem, Waterworth Memorial Park.

July 8, 9: Columbiana, Crestview Locals Schools Football Stadium.

Mahoning County

April 15, 16: Youngstown, Beeghly Center, Youngstown State University, 6 p.m. Friday to noon Saturday.

May 13, 14: Boardman, Boardman Center Middle School.

June 10, 11: Austintown, Austintown Fitch High School Stadium.

June 17, 18: Springfield, Springfield High School.

July 8, 9: Poland, Poland Seminary High School.

Trumbull County

April 29, 30: Niles, Mayor Infante Wellness Center, Waddell Park.

May 6, 7: Warren, Trumbull County Courthouse Square.

May 13, 14: Liberty, Church Hill Park.

June 3, 4: Cortland, Lake- view High School football field.

June 10, 11: Lordstown/Newton Falls, Newton Falls High School.
