Girard man charged with drug possession, endangering children

LIBERTY — Timothy Duffy, 34, of the 100 block of Crumlin Avenue, Girard, will appear next Tuesday in Girard Municipal Court on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, driving under the influence and endangering children.

He was cited after police responded to a call about a car in a ditch at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on Tibbetts-Wick Road near Naylor-Lloyd Road. There were three children, 4,6 and 9 years old in the car; they were not injured. Police found 12 Vicodin tablets on Duffy.
