Youngstown trash collection delayed rest of week

YOUNGSTOWN — Residential garbage collection in the city will be a day late for the rest of this week.

Ohio Valley Waste, the city of Youngstown’s garbage collectors, had to close Wednesday because of weather conditions. The normal collection schedule resumes Monday.
