Police: Man may have child porn at photo kiosk

SOMERSET, Pa. (AP) — State police are trying to determine whether some 300 photos a man ordered at a one-hour photo kiosk in western Pennsylvania are illegal child pornography.

Trooper Ted Goins said today that police know who the man is, but he has not been charged because the images are being examined to determine the ages of the girls. The photos show what appear to be young teens in provocative poses, with some nudity, but most involving females in various stages of undress or wearing underwear or revealing bikinis.

Police say an employee at the Wal-Mart kiosk in Somerset Township alerted police to the images. Goins says the pictures were taken from a digital camera’s memory card, but it’s unclear whether the man took the pictures himself or copied them onto the card from the Internet.
