STORM WATCH | Youngstown declares snow emergency

YOUNGSTOWN

A snow emergency has been declared for the City of Youngstown beginning at 6 p.m. today and will remain in effect until further notice, Charles T. Shasho, the city’s deputy director of public works, has announced.

During snow emergencies, parking is banned on city streets, except those that are 25 feet wide or less and have no driveways. Vehicles parked on streets may be towed at the owner’s expense.
