All libraries in Youngstown, Mahoning County closed Wednesday

YOUNGSTOWN — All libraries in the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County system will be closed Wednesday due to weather conditions, the library system announced late this afternoon.

Libraries were open today and expected to remain open this evening.
