CLEVELAND

Celebrity chef Michael Symon is planning a new restaurant project in his hometown of Cleveland.

The Food Network “Iron Chef” winner and regular on ABC’s daytime TV program “The Chew” posted on his Facebook page Wednesday that he’s working on a concept that will feature new riffs on Cleveland cuisine.

Symon tells WEWS-TV the new place will be “filled with twists and turns” and will remind him of all that’s good in Cleveland.

He says he can’t reveal where or when the restaurant will open.
