Mahoning Valley Civil War Round Table will meet at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 9 at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman. Todd Arrington of the James A. Garfield National Historic Site will discuss the Republican Party, the Civil War and the West. Reservations are required.The cost for the dinner meeting is $13.
