Crash near Lisbon closes road

LISBON — An accident that resulted in a propane truck flipping on its side resulted in state Route 172 to close until further notice, said a dispatcher from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The truck driver was taken by helicopter from the scene to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. The accident occurred at 9:22 a.m. just west of Baker Road.

State troopers are still on scene and traffic has not resumed.
