DAVENPORT, IOWA

Christine Mastalio of Iowa City, Iowa, and Greg Barth of Davenport were united in marriage Oct. 15 at Grandview Baptist Church.

The Rev. Brian Spitzer performed the ceremony for the daughter of Craig and Florence Mastalio of Iowa City and the son of Philip and Janis Barth of Poland. A reception followed at The Lodge Hotel in Bettendorf, Iowa.

The bride wore an ivory satin A-line gown featuring a V-neckline and cathedral train embellished with beading and silver embroidery.

Elizabeth Mastalio was maid of honor for her sister. She wore a blue dress, as did bridesmaids Kristen Mandle and Rachel Rutan.

Brian Barth served as best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Andy Stroud and Kris Olson.

Mrs. Barth earned a bachelor’s degree in history and journalism from St. Ambrose University and a master’s degree in library and information science at the University of Iowa. She is employed with the Scott County Public Library System.

Mr. Barth graduated from Malone University with a bachelor’s degree in math and received a master’s degree in business administration from St. Ambrose. He is employed with the U.S. Army as a budget analyst at Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois.

After a honeymoon cruise through the Hawaiian Islands, the couple are living in Davenport.
