The Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown recently made two appointments. Peggy Eicher was named director of Ursuline Motherhouse personnel. Eicher has been the director of the grounds at the Canfield Motherhouse for the past year and has served as an Ursuline Associate for two years.

Michele Ristich Gatts, media and public relations coordinator, has added the title of development coordinator. Gatts worked in broadcast and print journalism locally for 15 years.

Pittsburgh-based Cowden Associates Inc., a compensation and employee benefits consulting firm, recently promoted two employees. Bob Crnjarich, who has worked at Cowden since 2006, will take on additional responsibilities, which includes continual development of the Retirement and Actuarial Services practice of Cowden, and mentoring staff in industry and corporate practices.

Joan Boenigk, with Cowden since 2009, becomes an analyst, providing internal assistance in research, data analysis and client servicing.

Alicia LaMancusa has been named to the newly created position of vice president of finance at Akron Children’s Hospital. LaMancusa has been Akron Children’s corporate controller and director of finance since 2009. She joined the hospital in 1998 as finance director. In her new position, she will oversee financial reporting, treasury functions, tax reporting, bond-issue compliance and insurance coverage for the hospital. LaMancusa has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University and an MBA from Walsh University. She is a certified public accountant. LaMancusa and her husband, Philip, live in Doylestown, Ohio.

Henry J. Wollet, financial adviser, was recently named a member of the Raymond James Financial Services 2012 Executive Council. Council honors are presented to financial advisers who have demonstrated high levels of commitment to clients through personal service and professional integrity. Wollet, who joined Raymond James in 2003, has more than 21 years of experience in the financial-services industry.
