Lamar Reese, 18, of Worthington Street, burglary and carrying concealed weapons.

Randall J. McGraw, 41, of Covington Cove, Canfield, drug possession and illegal processing of drug documents.

Andre Underwood, 27, of Bane Street, Southwest, Warren, carrying concealed weapons, heroin possession and illegal gun possession.

Jonathan Peek, 34, of East Pasadena Avenue, breaking and entering.

Stephen Tate, 26, of Oak Street Extension, illegal gun possession and improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

Kenyatta Collins III, 36, of Eastway Drive, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Jay Robert Weston, 25, of Main Street, New Middletown, drug possession.

Ronald Scurti, 45, of South Osborn Avenue, theft.

Myron L. Lard, 42, of West Flagg Road, Orwell, theft and passing bad checks.

Iesha N. Sykes, 20, of Plazaview Court, three counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Juawon M. Fields, 26, of Dogwood Lane, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Ashlinn N. Sykes, 24, of Dogwood Lane, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

The grand jury declined to indict Douglas Garrison of Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, on an obscene dissemination charge; James Torres of Detroit Avenue, on charges of menacing by stalking and violation of a protection order; and Nicholas Etto of Milton Avenue, Lake Milton, on a drug possession charge.
