Howland business shows off its enlarged facility Tuesday

HOWLAND — Berk Enterprises Inc. will host a ceremonial ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m. Tuesday to celebrate its 200,000-square-foot facility.

Berk is located at 1554 Thomas Road SE.

The consolidated site houses the company’s sales, administrative, customer service and warehouse staff. Divisions of the company include Berk Paper and Supply, Berk Concessions Supply, Berkley Square, Berk Rare Coins and Berk Exterminating.

The company was founded in Warren more than 60 years ago by Suzanne Berk and the late Harold Berk. It is now run by Robert Berk, the current president and Suzanne and Harold’s son.
