Stellanie Louise Pappas of Columbiana became the bride of Brian Michael Butcher of Cleveland during an afternoon ceremony Oct. 22 at Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Campbell. Concelebrants were the Revs. Steve Denas, Paul Pappas, Stephan Callos and Constantine Valantasis. The couple received congratulations at a reception at the George T. Pappas Parish Center.

Parents of the bride are Thomas and Anna Pappas of Poland. The groom is the son of Robert and Rebecca Butcher of Poland.

The bride wore an ivory-colored gown featuring tulle overlay and a ruched bodice. Her cathedral length veil featured lace appliqu s worn by her mother on her wedding day.

The bride’s attendants were attired in teal-colored dresses. Leah Pappas, the brides’s sister, was the maid of honor. Serving as koumbara for the couple was Louise Kronstein, the bride’s godmother. Bridesmaids were Katie Butcher, the groom’s sister; Krista Kronstein, the bride’s cousin; and Amy Canada, Brittney Best, Danielle Kovalcik and Jeanine Rees. Flower girls were Ava and Haley Kovalcik.

Jason Butcher served as best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Tim Derry and Jim Derry, cousins of the groom; James Mascola; and Joe Mascola. Felipe Pappas, the bride’s cousin, served as stephana and ring bearer.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Mount Aloysius College, the bride is an occupational therapist at Menorah Park Center for Senior Living in Beachwood, Ohio.

Mr. Butcher earned a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University and is an accountant for the U.S. Department of Defense in Cleveland.

After a wedding trip to New Orleans, the couple are making their home in Cleveland.
