Lindsay Erin Chumita of Boardman became the bride of Charles Louis William Scaglione IV of Cranberry, Pa., on Sept. 3.

The Rev. Gregory Maturi officiated for the 2 p.m. ceremony at St. Dominic Church, and Assumption Social Center was the setting for a reception afterward.

The bride is the daughter of Daniel A. and Joann M. Chumita of Boardman. Parents of the groom are Mel and Theresa Fenger of Port Clinton, Ohio, Geri Scaglione of Boise, Idaho, and the late Charles W. Scaglione III.

The bride was attired in a diamond-white silk and satin gown featuring lace embellished with Swarovski crystals and hand-fashioned flowers.

Honor attendants were Lori Prozy, matron of honor, and Carla Homchosky, maid of honor. They wore silver dresses, as did bridesmaids Tara Chumita, the bride’s sister-in-law; Crystal Schneider, the groom’s sister; and Kelly Violi, Dena Lattanzio, Bailey Cregan, Alissa Guerrieri, Angela Croutch and Michelle Wise. Jessica Schneider, the groom’s niece, was the flower girl.

Michael Croutch and Christopher Berardino performed the duties of best men. Groomsmen included the bride’s brother Dan Chumita, Erik Krauss, Chuck Dillon, Mark Mingo, Ryan Kalby, Chuck Mills, Jeff Meehan and Mitch Prozy. Justin Schneider, the groom’s nephew, served as a junior groomsman, and ring bearer was Dalton Chumita, the bride’s nephew and godson.

Mrs. Scaglione is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Mr. Scaglione also graduated from YSU and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He is a senior district market manager for Anheuser-Busch in Pittsburgh.

The couple are making their home in Cranberry.
