The Hubbard Township Narcotics Unit arrested two teenagers on drug charges.

Dionte Robinson, 19, of Eliot Lane, Youngstown, and a 17-year-old Campbell teenager whose name they did not release were arrested last week.

Robinson is charged with possession of marijuana. The juvenile is charged with two counts of trafficking heroin in a school zone.

The narcotics unit said the teenager sold 4.2 grams of heroin to a confidential informant on two occasions.

Burkhardt to retire

Douglas A. Burkhardt, superintendent of the Fairhaven School and its workshops, will retire effective Feb. 29, and will be replaced by Edward J. Stark.

Members of the Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities were expected to approve a resolution Monday night releasing Burkhardt from his employment contract and another resolution hiring Stark, who is assistant superintendent for adult services.

The basic financial statements for the school fiscal year that ended June 30 for the Mollie Kessler School have been filed with the Auditor of Ohio’s office as of Nov. 7.

The deadline to file the report was Nov. 30.

The public can view those reports at the treasurer’s office at the school, 118 E. Wood St.
