The groom, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, is the son of Daniel Miller of Baldwin, Wis., and the late Joyce Miller.

The bride graduated summa cum laude with a dual major from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is the daughter of Judith A. Florian of Girard and Robert D. Dicks of Washington, Pa.
