Samantha Mowrer and Adrian Lange, both of Columbus, exchanged wedding vows Oct. 15. She is the daughter of Kathy Mowrer of Boulder, Colo., and Wesley Mowrer of Hiram. He is the son of Roxanne and Werner Lange of Newton Falls. The 4 p.m. ceremony was officiated by the groom’s father in an outdoor setting at North Bank Park, and a reception followed there at The Pavilion.

Attending the bride as maids of honor were Lindsey Phillips and Nicole Shuster. Bridesmaids were Leanora Lange, the groom’s sister, and Taryn Dean. The flower girls were Sarah Giammar, Skylar Dean and Jodyn Dean.

Andreas Lange performed the duties of best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Alexander Lange, another brother of the groom, Leif Jacobson and Wesley Mowrer, brother of the bride. The couple’s dog Olive served as the ring bearer and was handled by Matthew Giammar.

The bride and groom are both doctoral candidates at Ohio State University, expecting to graduate in 2012, and are making their home in Columbus.
