Village Discount Outlet store in Youngstown closes

YOUNGSTOWN — Village Discount Outlet, 3367 Mahoning Ave., closed suddenly at the end of business Monday, a company spokesperson confirmed today.

No reason was given for the closure. A call to company management was not immediately returned.

Village has stores in Dayton, Akron, Columbus, Cuyahoga Falls and Newport, Ky., according to its website.
