“Nursing homes were expecting the state cuts ... but were caught by surprise when the federal government cut Medicare payments. That hit [nursing homes] hard.”

Amazon spokesman Ty Rogers, because Pennsylvania’s Department of Revenue has put Amazon on notice that it had better start collecting sales tax on shipments into the Keystone State. The company had $18.7 billion in sales in North America last year. Little of that was taxed.
