Family hosts buffet to honor Bradleys’ 50th

Howard and Martha Bradley of Boardman were honored Oct. 30 at a luncheon buffet at the Boardman Holiday Inn. The event marked the couple’s 50th wedding anniversary and was hosted by their children and Mrs. Bradley’s sister, Carol Clark of North Lima.

The Bradley children are Jennifer (Dan) Doyle of North Lima and Ross (Tammy) Bradley of Redwood Shores, Calif. The family also includes two grandchildren: Benjamin and Elizabeth.

Mr. Bradley and the former Martha Clark were married Nov. 4, 1961, at Old North Church in Canfield.

Mrs. Bradley is a former member of the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra. She is self-employed as a private music instructor.

Mr. Bradley is a retired sales representative. He served in the Ohio National Guard from 1963 to 1969, attaining the rank of Sgt. E-5. He is a member of Allen Lodge 276 F&AM.

The couple are members of Mount Olivet United Church of Christ in North Lima.
