Carriage rides at holiday light display
CORTLAND
The Trumbull County Fair junior fair board will have horse-drawn carriage rides through the Christmas lights display at the fairgrounds, 899 Everett-Hull Road, from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday. The concession stand will be open. Tickets are $5 ($3 for seniors; $2 for children 4-12; and free for children 3 and under). For more information, call 330-637-6010.
Photo exhibition at Weller Gallery
YOUNGSTOWN
“Intimate and Inspirational,” an exhibition of more than 50 photographs by local resident Scott Lanz, is on display at the Weller Gallery at Fellows Riverside Gardens, 123 McKinley Ave., through Jan. 22. The exhibit celebrates the gardens in Mill Creek Park, and includes macrophotography. The gallery in the Davis Center is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
